Some time ago, I came across an online challenge that involved using watercolors to paint a response to a given prompt. I had never used watercolors before, but I thought it might be an interesting idea to step out of my comfort zone and create an animation using this new medium. I would like to describe my entire process of creating this animation here. In the end, two versions were created, one entirely digital and the other entirely painted with watercolors.
